Help...screen has gone blank

Hi everyone.  Great site!  I only got my JXD S3700 today and while playing around with the settings, the screen went blank.  I have tried turning it off, but after rebooting, the screen goes blank again.  I have tried resetting it, but after rebooting, the screen goes blank again.  I don't know what to do.  It seems to work ok, except for a blank screen?

is it a black screen? if so, a ribbon cable might have come loose inside your unit. I would contact the place you bought it from. if all else fails, i have a few years experience fixing tablets and even more fixing computers. I would be glad to help.

Had the same problem...I used method in link below and everything`s ok now, but you will loose all aps you have installed.
