And its not the weather I am talking about, it is my S7300b. It is only a week old and it is like disco inferno on the back of the unit when I try to play a few games. Reading a few threads on other boards seem to point to some heat sink issues, but how do you open the case to resolve it without invalidating the warranty? My Galaxy tablets get a bit warm but not skin burning hot. Also I got some odd burning plastic fragrances that doesn't inspire confidence. I'm hoping there isn't one of those exploding Sony batteries inside it.
Any suggestions other than ice? Thanks

Yes, it is. Left side - CPU/GPU. Up to 50 Celsius on 1320 limit. Battery is right in the lower-middle part of device.

Just installed the update and it has an underclocker and a sdcard move utility.
Still works fine at 900 and cool as a cucumber !

was wondering you said the update fixed the overheat underclock? ive been reading the threads and i hear a lot about over heat i am getting one soon just want to no how to fix it after i flash it
