Hello, I just purchased a JXD S7300 and have only had it for about 5 days.
The first thing I did was update it with the latest firmware as was suggested on the various threads I have read.
Anyhow, everything was working pretty well, though as time went on my system stopped booted and hung at the JXD screen so I updated to Skelrom 2.1 and then after discovering Skelrom 3.5 I updated to that.
Everything worked for a while, better in fact than it had when I was running the official firmware. Programs like USB/BT Joystick Center 8 we now usable which of course gave me acess to my XBOX 360 controller.
On the down side, I noticed that my internal storage space had magically shrank from 8Gb to 1.5Gb.
This of course would not do, so I tried to reflash back to the official firmware to see if that would resolve the issue, but I was not able to reflash with the old firmware.
I then went back to the initial release of Skelrom as an experiment. That installed fine, but alas my internal storage was still stuck at 1.5Gb.
I then tried to update back to 2.0, then on to 2.1, and finally 3.5, but had issues getting 2.0 to reinstall without the installation crashing on me. It kept giving a message stating that it was having issues wiping the media partition, and then brought me to the Android System Recovery menu.
I wiped the Media Partition manually and tried to install the firmware again, but alas, I ran into the same exact problem.
I then re-installed the initial Skelrom firmware and that appeared to go well.
I then put Skelrom 2.0 on a different SD card and was able to flash the firmware successfully, though it seemed to do it quicker than I remembered it doing it last time.
Anyhow, I went ahead and updated on up to Skelrom 3.5, but now my system hangs either in the OS itself, or at the XSample boot logo.
I'm really at a loss in regards as to what to do here. Any advise would be well appreciated.
