Won't boot up.. Help!

Hi,

Haven't seen anyone with the same issue so thought I'd post here. The tablet boots up to the Game X screen on startup but then won't go any further. It just stalls on that screen. The version is 2.0, I have tried pressing the reset button but it didn't solve the problem.

Can anyone help at all? I don't want to send it back if there is an easy fix.

Hi Sarah,

I had an issue days ago. Not the same as yours, but you can try this solution. See the "bobjr94" post in the link below:

As i mentioned in this topic, just run the sd card maker as administrator, and after cleaning the flash, reinstall the firmware.

There is an OFFICIAL way (via USB) to upgrade the firmware if the consolle don't boot and stucks on logo
