Yea I sent an email to willgoo about my volume down button isn't not working. I cam hear something rattling around inside my unit so maybe they didn't do a good job soldering the connections. Hopefully I hear something back soon. I've wanted a retro player ever since I saw openpandora in development and this will be my first ever. I've soft nodded every official console I had for emulators and I liked the thought of something made specifically for emulation. Kinda let down by the hardware/software issues. Software can be fixed in time but hardware would require a little know how or soldering and such for which I kind of lack

my thoughts exactly Phelsumania. and such a bummer modder83.. from what i hear willgoo seems to have legit customer support as well so i'm sure you'll be able to get it resolved. or, you might could do what ratbuddy did and take it to an electronics repair shop to get it looked at. if it is as simple as a quick solder job they could take care of that for you no problem. i hope you can have it all fixed up asap man! and as far as the quality goes on these things, my feelings are it really just comes down to how high everyone's expectations were. pictures and test videos and rumors etc. have a tendency to blow things up a bit.. that's kind of what their designed to do, and they work. now, is it lame that JXD is producing devices that don't exactly match their claims or customer hype? sure is. on the other hand, is this a moderately "cheap" gaming device coming out of a moderately "cheap" chinese factory with moderately loose quality control policies? sure is. i totally agree with you, i'm just saying i think a lot of these issues, as frustrating as they are, are kind of to be expected. and at the end of the day the thing is sub $200 (i not a snob, i realize that is still a chunck of change-- but not a huge set back for what it is) and has incredible potential given the lively hood of the community. i mean it's been about, what.. two weeks since the first units started shipping out, and the guys over at dingoonity have already pushed out a test version of a custom rom. and that's with EXTREMELY limited resources and heavy constraints. so i have faith that given a bit of time to get through some of the growing pains everyone will start to feel a lot better about their little 7300 investment. at least i hope haha
