My s7300 is stuck on the JXD logo and im not able to get into the recovery to try and flash the updates. Im holding vol + and power and nothing ever happens. Is there a jig i can use like you can on some android phones to force the device into recovery? I feel if i can just get it into recovery i might be able to fix it. I bought it off wilgoo and all they did is refer me to the manufacturer which was no help. It was a really cool device while it worked but that was only a week or so.....any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also when connected via usb my computer doesnt even act like its there at all?  |

Hi dchtlh3 I have had 2 of these now and managed to break both of them!!!
What you need to do is visit the JXD website and download the official updates........when you have extracted them in the folders is SDcardmaker which (with a micro SDcard connected to your computer) enter as administrator and fllow the instructions from the video that is also in the download from the JXD website.
Basically what this will do is clean your device completely and allow you to flash the firmware as per the instructions.....update.zip...patch.xzip, and the 2 other small files.
Any questions get back to me on this forum.

the only way to solve the issue is via USB, and JXD factory posted the new upgrade via USB!!!
Works great with me!!!!!
