$$$ for Repair??

Ive tried everything on my JXD s3700 and all i get is the JXD screen, i cant get it to be recognized by the computer or go into download mode period. Is there anyone who has experience and/or repair shops i can send this to to get it repaired? The warranty i was offered from Willgoo was not acceptable as they referred me to JXD and on top of that offered to sell me a new device at cost which is ridicoulous for a warranty. I loved it while it lasted so Id love to get it fixed so any help would be appreciated.
