Hi everybody, the JXD factory has solved the issue. Go to the firmware page and dowload the latest firmware (s7300-V4.2_USB). Unzip the utility (don't unzip the firmware .zip!). Follow the instruction as shown in the picture. If ewerything goes right, the issue is solved! ATTENTION: if the upgrade process fail at 75% and you are using WIN7, then run the aplication in XP sp3 mode. It worked great whit me!!!!!! Greating from SICILY (Italy)

Hi, are you running the upgrade in win7 or xp? If you are running it in WIN7 then start the upgrade programm in XP(sp3) mode (right clic on the .exe, an then select the compatibility mode) I had the same issue (stop at 75% AND error message). IMPORTANT: use an USB port DIRECTLY connected to the pc and not an USB port in a hub! This may cause the second port issue.. Last suggestion: siadable "auto run" when connect an USB device. That's all Ciao

Hi, when you connec an USB device , usually the system open the device and show you its folders inside.
Try to disabile auto run when a storage device si connected.
Did you install the right driver ad show in the picture?
Try on another USB sport or another PC.
I followed the procedure on a win 7 PC and at 75% failed, then i run it on XP sp3 compatibility mode .
Let me know...

Hi, it's strange....
The steps are this:
Dowload the file fron the jxd's site
Unzipp the file and you will have three files: the program to flash (with the driver for the consolle), the PICTURES (instructions) and the firmawe.zip (DON'T UNZIP IT!)
Then:
press volume- and connect the consolle to pc (via USB)
Install the driver (on the folder where is the programm to update).
Then, run the programm and upload the firmware you want to install.
Then start the process.
Did you uploaded the correct firmware file on the programm?
At 75% the process load the firmware (you uploaded before) and write it on the eprom.
Maybe you don't upload the firmware?
