So, I got my jxd about two weeks ago, and I had been using it with no problems. I got this one of Amazon, and I have not changed the firmware yet. The only problems i had been having was that when I put it in sleep mode, I try to wake it up and nothing happens, so I hold the power button to turn it off. A few nights ago I turned on the tablet and it was factory reset. My background had changed to the original stock wallpaper. All of my apps were gone, but my files, music, and pictures were there. I panicked and shut it off. When I turned it back on, my stuff was back, but it froze when I went to the app menu. I Turned it off, turned it back on, and it only went to the jxd screen. I was devastated. I cannot return it. The volume + and power trick didn't work. Two days ago, I connected the tablet to my computer and pressed volume -. It powered on, but it was still factory reset. I put my account in again, and I connected my WiFi. I could not download or update any apps from the store. I could let it sit for two hours and it would still say downloading. I turned it off and my configurations I left were gone. I then proceeded to do the volume + and power to wipe the media, wipe the cache, and factory reset it myself. The problems still occurred. Is this a hardware problem, and should I try switching to NCCE v1.1? Is there anything that I could do to fix this? Also, When I attempt to turn it off, it says shutting down, and the tablet freezes.
