Power on switch

Just got my device and it won't turn on. It appears to charge but the on/off button doesn't do anything. The button is definitely different to the other buttons and seems as though it is pushed in or something. Is this normal. I'm so annoyed. Anyone else have this problem or should I just charge it overnight or something?

The power button is slightly dif from the others I think ... don't have mine on me at moment to confirm but from memory I'm sure it is.
It is more plush than the others, so I wouldn't worry that yours is pushed in. I think that's just how it is.

Definitely give it a long charge up though, probably just not enough juice in there to boot up.

...hopefully that's all it is.

When you charging it, you should see the charger LED indicator show.
There are 3 LED indicators on the bottom left, one is the charging light/

Yeah I charged it fully and still won't turn on. I messaged willgoo about it and they said take it to local electronic store and send them the bill and they will pay "PART" of the bill. Lol I just paid for a brick. So disappointed :(

Their solution: they want me to pay another $125 for another one. So pissed off. First one arrives as a brick that won't turn on and then they seriously think I will send them more money and potentially buy another brick.... I am so annoyed about this. DON'T BUY

Just open up the console yourself, take off the power button and try to press the insides of it. You dont need to take your device to local electronic shop to open it up. I opened mine on the day it arrived, practically before I even messed around with software.

Point is Disko you shouldnt have to thats bad customer support and bad advice the guy came here for a solution not to be dissed
