I find my JXDs7300 has wide ranges of wifi speeds. I thought I had fixed it by changing my router frequency, but i guess it was just a coincidence. I also have the same heat issues everyone else has, so i cut a spot out of the back panel and attached some copper heat sinks. JXD knew this thing was getting hot. The metal "heatsink" they installed is actually a heat shield, so it is keeping heat in. I am currently running ncce.
