Swapping internal memory for external memory?

I have a 32gb memory card in my JXD s7300, I currently keep my emulators and roms on there.

However when I download apps they save to the internal 8gb memory.   

How do I change the settings on the JXD s7300 so that it saves to the external memory instead?
