Hiya! I'm Paul, 31, a big old school gamer. I just bought the JXD7300 (black) & I wanted one ever since I saw one. I saved up some cash & got one, should be here within this coming week. I actually got one because I'm a game designer & I wanted to find a good console to release my games. I also bought a Ouya, but this was the ideal system for the type of games I make (2D retro). I'm sure I'll be on this forum quite frequently.

Hi, I am no stranger to emulation, however very new to android OS. Been on the emulation scene since the late 90's when I joined the Army, loved every minute of it. I am going to finally build an arcade cabinet for myself (built six for other people, however the last one built was done roughly 9 years ago when ps1 emulation was a pipe dream). I just ordered a s7300 today as my shiny new iPad does not emulate PSX (deal breaker for me, sadly didn't find out until after I bought the damned thing that psx4all hadn't received an update in forever and that it was no longer available for purchase on cydia......). I really wish I could find a dreamcast emulator for a portable system/platform however until products like the razer edge (google it, nerd-rific power in a ridiculously priced tablet) drop in price that is a pipe dream for me as well (sad face). I will probably be posting in here the capabilities of playable roms for various emulators for other readers as it is just as much an important subject for me as it is for me as it is for others.

*Tips hat* Good day gents, I am the Good Doctor Sampson. I have fallen upon this lovely site for some knowledge of the handheld that I've just put in the order for. I reside in Toronto Ontario (Canada eh?) and have a full background in hacking and making. My last Tablet was the Dropad A8X, which i still hold dear to my heart.. Oh well, off to perform a lobotomy *walks off*

kpikid here! - just ordered a JXD S7300 yesterday and decided to get a black unit, as my Galaxy Tabs are white and can distract when playing a game.
I got tired of playing games with my zeemote and I needed a proper dpad to play digdug or SoulEdge.
Looking forward to its delivery and I am scouting around for a neoprene skin for it.
Maybe we can get a Chinese case manufacturer interested in selling some...

Hello most likely one of the more senior members (if not the oldest Hmmm} I appreciate the jxd is only a small part of a large market but was expecting a few more members with jxd gear. Anyway I can do updates and stuff but being as i'm so old I may need my hand holding on some of the procedures, the grey matter starts to turn to mush at 52 LOL. So I just got a 7300B for the princely sum of £50 and did a factory restore and have downloaded the 2 firmware updates from the official site and am going to search the site for an idiot proof guide to updating this little gem, hope to speak to some of you in the future.

Only a great price if it keeps getting support !!. I had an Archos tablet which although looked good and well built was just a door stop because Archos kicked it to the kerb after only 10 months. Hopefully this one running jellybean will last a bit longer for me.
